BMW Car Club Gauteng Track Day for all – Zwartkops – 10 July 2016
On Sunday 10 July 2016, the BMW Car Club Gauteng will host their second Bridgestone Track Day for 2016 at Zwartkops Raceway supported by the Club Motors Fountains BMW Dealership.
The track day is open to all makes of vehicle. Race cars are most welcome but they will be in a separate session. The track day will be time based where cars are let onto track in sessions with cars of similar times in a race against the clock to set the best lap.
This is open to novice and experienced drivers in any make of vehicle, as long as you are a holder of an MSA licence and have a track worthy vehicle. If you are a first timer, the club also runs a Track School in the morning to get you comfortable with driving your car on track and understand the necessary etiquette on a track day to stay out of trouble.
If that is too much thrill, you can always strap yourself into a hot lap car where a professional driver will treat you to flying laps for just R100 in the new BMW 335i.
